Architectural Office

Our architectural office has been active since 1987 in the field of design and construction, based in Psachna, Evia. Since 2020, we have also maintained a branch in Chalkida. Our work includes architectural design, supervision, construction of private projects, exterior and interior space arrangements, building restorations, and reconstructions. In addition to design and construction, our office also undertakes services such as legalization of unauthorized structures, issuance of energy certificates, preparation for the “Exoikonomo” energy-saving program, applications for the National Cadastre, Engineer Certifications, and Building Identity documentation. With a team of experienced and constantly updated collaborators, we offer a variety of proposals and alternative solutions. Our goal is to create spaces that combine functionality and aesthetics, tailored to each client’s personal needs and desires.

Brief Biographies

Gogo Rousodimou is a certified Architect Engineer, graduate of the University Institute of Architecture of Venice (IUAV). Since 1986 and to this day, she has been operating a private architectural office based in Psachna, Evia. She is actively involved in public affairs, utilizing her knowledge to contribute to the profession. She has served as a member of the TEE (Technical Chamber of Greece) delegation and was elected for three consecutive terms to the Panhellenic Union of Architects (SADAS – PEA). In 2017, she was elected to the Scientific Committee of Architects at TEE. At a local level, she has been the continuously elected President of the Association of Architects of Evia since 2011. She has also been a member of the Architectural Committee (EPAE) of the Evia Prefecture and is currently a member of the Council of Architecture (S.A.). She has participated in and organized architectural exhibitions, conferences, and lectures on topics related to architecture and the urban environment. In 2005, within the framework of the European LIFE–ENVIRONMENT Program titled “Sustainable Construction in Public and Private Projects”, she received a Special Award for Sustainable Construction from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) for the restoration and adaptive reuse of a former watermill into a residence.

Elina Ioannou is a certified Architect Engineer, graduate of the School of Architecture of the Technical University of Crete. She also holds a postgraduate degree in "Architecture & Urban Design: Mediterranean Futures" (Master in Architecture & Urban Design) from the Department of Architecture at the University of Patras. Since 2019, she has been a member of Gogo Rousodimou’s architectural office. Since 2020, she has also maintained her own architectural office based in Chalkida. Additionally, since 2019, she has been teaching freehand drawing (preparation for national entrance exams for candidates of architecture schools) at Kyriakou Tutorial Schools in Chalkida. She has participated in national and international architectural exhibitions, competitions, conferences, and lectures focusing on architectural and urban design topics.
